Health is a gift. Staying healthy is our right. But every living creature seems to have some enemy. Wherever we look, we see the evidences of conflict in one form or another. Human life is no exception. Some of the enemies come out, where we can view and track their movements. Mostly enemies have the power to strike us down and by an instinct of course we are going to defend our self to an attacker. But what if our enemy lies in our mind, body and thoughts? What is worse?
