You can listen to Leadership material via books on CD’s or on your mp3 while you drive or perhaps during your lunch break. You could watch a DVD on the subject or attend a leadership training seminar. Once you start you will notice the difference immediately by the way you lead and by noticing the way others lead. It is important to remember that Leaders never “arrive” rather they are always learning.
