Traffic your way to wealth - How do you accomplish this? What is traffic; and what is high quality traffic? The meaning of traffic is to get people to your website; and most of the time they come through a capture page. That means you ask each person to give you their name and e-mail address to get into your website, or you give them a free e-book for giving you their name and e-mail address.

I use a simple definition for wealth that I heard from Robert Kiyosaki; and he got it from Buckminster Fuller. Creating enough passive or portfolio income to cover your monthly expense then you are wealthy. My point of view is that is where you start building wealth; and I always recommend doubling or tripling your income before you quit your job. Simply this means if you need $2500 in sales from the traffic you drive to your website. Your goal of driving traffic to your site is to turn the visitors into sales, and that covers your monthly expenses. This is what I call traffic your way to wealth, and a simple way of understanding it.

A free ways to get traffic is by writing articles like this one to get people to come to your website. You want to give people good information; so they become successful also this way it's always a win-win situation they buy from you, and you teach them how to sell to others. In the article writing most people focus on keywords to get their site ranked; which in return gets more traffic; because of the higher ranking in Google. That is called search engine optimization, and there are many articles written on this subject. You can check them out in this article directory later. It's a free way of traffic because the article directories are always looking for articles to publish. Your time is the only thing you put into the articles, but many people traffic their way to wealth by writing articles.

You may drive traffic to your site by paying for the traffic. One of the most common ways is pay per click by Google ad words. Google puts an ad on other people's sites and every time someone clicks on your ad you pay Google a set amount. Then you can pay for the solo ads, classified ads, and that means people send your ad out to a mailing list that subscribes to their ezine, it is like getting a newpaper each day. This is how you can pay to traffic your way to wealth.

There are many other ways to drive traffic to your website, viral marketing, joint ventures, free giveaways, and many more. Truly, driving traffic is the key to any online business and as you learn and get better you will be able to traffic your way to wealth.
