Turkish Speaking Jobs
Because Turkey is not part of the EU and the free economy, native Turkish speakers for Turkish speaking jobs in EU member states is increasingly hard to find unless temporary working visas are granted. Turkey has had it’s problems over the last few years and has been affected by the global recessions as every other western country. As it has not been part of the EU, it has not been brought down to levels of Greece and Portugal. These states required bailouts from the EMF but Turkey will get no such luck. In London, Paris and Berlin there is a rise of requirements for Turkish speaking jobs and Turkish speaking language professionals. Between 1959 and present day it has been turbulent for Turkey and its relationship with the EU. In 1980 there was a coup which ceases relations between Turkey and the EU. In the last few years there have been many chapters opened and asked Turkey to comply with them. But the underlying factor is working conditions that is continually setting Turkey back each time it tries to reapply for full citizenship to the EU. For Turks themselves they are a broad mix of manufacturers and service industry based market. The country prides itself on being cost effective and to have strong relationships with other countries. With Turkey being a bridge between the west and the Arab world, its exports are rising as countries seek to get the best out of the country. Turkey also serves as a conduit from the Arab world to the west for Oil. Turkey produces a large amount of oil, similar to that of neighbouring Arab states, which is piped directly to western countries and come of it shipped off to the US. While these sorts of resources are in abundance and demand Turkey will still be on the global stage as a provider of these resources as well as an intermediary which has served it well over centuries. If the country were to tighten its regulations for immigration as well as worker relations then we could see Turkish jobs and Turkish speaking jobs on the rise throughout mainland Europe and the possibility of Turkey joining the EMF, which is chaired by France.
