Twenty One Days To A Cleaner System

Can you handle twenty-one days of detoxing your body? You will need to ready yourself for a rigid diet of fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and mega amounts of fluid. If you are not ready for this, you can become very frustrated when you can not go through with the whole diet and splurge on junk food. A twenty one day diet for detox will not be an easy thing for you’re to do. You will need to have the right emotional and psychological thinking in place. You not only need to eat differently, you will need to change some things in your life also.

You will find a few different detox diets that last for twenty one days. You may find it hard to make a choice as to which one you want. You will need to have a doctor tell you that you can safely start on of these diets. If you have kidney, heart, liver, thyroid, and any other illness, you may not be able to do this.

A few of the many diets for detoxing the body will include the use of workshops that show you how to fix all the food in the right way, support for you from a group, medicine that is nutritional, enzyme theory, fasting for therapeutic uses, care of the colon, medicine for energy, testing the system for acid and alkaline levels, and how to go shopping for healthy food. You may find that the diet is split into three different parts and completed on a week long basis. You may find that some of the diets are mainly fixed on fruits and vegetables for a week to get the body used to it. You are better off if you do not eat anything that is from an animal and focus more on plant foods. You will find that using a menu is the best way to accomplish everything you need to.

The next week will give you a raw food diet. You will eat foods that do not need to be cooked and also add smoothies to the diet. You get two a day. The digestive system can rest during this time. You will also need to have a raw food menu for this week. The whole idea of the raw food is to give your body the food in a way that you will not be exposing yourself to processing and be able to up the nutrition consumed by uncooked vegetables.

The third week brings you to the liquid part of the diet. This idea will give your digestive system even more time to relax and help to get rid of stress and help to heal any problems with it. Your diet will consist of whole plants and blended foods. The liquid diet will need all the psychological strength you can muster to get through it. You can also add reflexology, yoga, meditation, and any chakra system or light therapies to the diet to aid you in completion. The last stage of the diet is to give you the tips and hints you need to go shopping and to continue the diet in the right way of thinking.
