Typical Psychological Issues Newbies Have When Trading

Its hard to trade forex and make money out of it, its a business that if you don't have control of yourself you will be making trades every 5 minutes, losing money each 10 minutes and that's where many people fall into, they see the dollar sign in every chart move instead of waiting for the correct trade that meets their trading criteria.

They believe that there is a trading opportunity in every move and they want to trade it, it could be a pullback or stop loss hunting in which they have pulled into but they don't care, 5 pips, 10 pips they want them without thinking of the amount of pips they can lose, which can be 5 times their reward.

A big number of people when they initiate trading they fill up their charts with 20 indicators, RSI, MACD, Stochastics, Moving averages, CCI and many others trading indicators out there that are lagging indicators that means that it will give you a signal once that move has passed.

People see a huge move and they regret they missed that trade. They will look to see what originated that move, what indicators did this and why did the others did that and by that try to make their trading indicators rule.

Trust when I tell you that the big players in the forex markets know how you and me think and they know how to play with our feelings, they make money by taking your money, as simple as that so they do all types of tricks to make you fall into their trap. Its like a lion against a dear.

New traders learn this the hard way, I can tell this to a newbie 20 times and he wont pay attention until he has lost money, that's the only way people learn, newbies don't realize that its easier to lose than gain money in forex trading.

Based on my experience I would tell you that in this business is better to wait for the best shoot, wait for the best setup, once you see all the things lining up together then you have your trade.
