Ultimate Brain Power Beyond The Secret

Brain training exercises if done correctly can help you reduce stress, get the job you want, improve your concentration and focus and much more all in under 10 minutes a day.


That sounds crazy to some people, however brain training is nothing new and has been used for hundreds of years. Some of the greatest minds of our time (and times long before us) have been engaged in some form of brain training.

I've been involved in brain training for about a year now and I have to tell you the results are phenomenal. I've learned how to increase my energy, think positive, work more efficiently, market my business, increase my focus, become more organized and attract the things in life that I want...all in under 10 minutes a day.

It's been said that the average person only uses 2% of their brain. Well what are they doing with the other 98%? I dunno either.

Here's a simple exercise you can use right now to increase your quality of life. And it does not require any action right now. This is brain training 101, simply put.

Pull up a chair and get comfortable.

Now, close your eyes and just imagine what your perfect career would be. Really focus on what it is you want to do that brings you joy.

As you're imagining your perfect career, imagine that YOU are in a movie theatre and on the large screen is YOU doing whatever your dream job is. Picture the activities you're doing. What does it look like? What do YOU look like in the movie? What does it smell like? Leave no detail unnoticed. Just let your mind do the work here. Let it go. Don't focus too much on HOW to do things, just let them happen. Your mind will take care of the details.

Now I want you to FEEL the feelings of the person in the movie you're watching.

Imagine the person you're watching on the movie screen steps OUT of the screen, walks up the isle and sits beside you. Look this person up and down real good in your mind's eye.

The last step is very important and cannot be over looked.

Imagine that person, the OTHER YOU leans toward you and disappears into your body. Sometimes it's helpful to reach your hands out and grasp this person and let the OTHER you dissolve into the Real you.

Now, all the feelings the OTHER you had are now inside the real you. It's as if you have already experienced everything you saw the other you doing on the screen. Those feelings and memories are a part of you now.

Now act on it. Whatever you saw the other you doing, set up a time table and an action plan to get it accomplished. You already have the skill. Just act.

That is just a very small taste of what brain training is all about. It's much more helpful if you have audios to listen to instead of trying to read it on the screen. There are plenty of programs on the net that offer this. So do some research and find one that fits you and enjoy.
