Money is something a lot of us feel uncomfortable discussing, but I swear to you there will be no inoculations or tooth pulling today. Before I start, just a brief recap ? We've already discussed the importance of associating with people who are successful. You should spend less time with those who try to bring you down when an upwards trajectory is what you are pursuing. Now let me explain that I'm not telling you to ditch your friends and family. However, it has to be noted that there is a correlation between the people you spend time around and your income. Think about your social circle and how they relate to money. Are they happy with their lives and financially independent, or are they always worried and broke? You have to become more aware of how money works and to spend more of your time with people who have money and have it coming in consistently. When you associate with those who already have achieved your goals, you can learn from them. After all, if they have achieved financial freedom, they have to be doing something right. Wealthy people understand that money is nothing more than energy and when they have the right mindset concerning money, they consistently get it. Most people think they can only enjoy financial freedom after putting out the blood, sweat and tears to get it; but that couldn't be further from the truth. The trick is to have a positive relationship with money in order to attract it. After all, if money is nothing more than energy ? there's nowhere you have to go to get ? it's just a matter of attracting it. It's pure energy and it's all around you. This is the biggest thing which separates the wealthy from the poor- this understanding of how money works. This is also why you need to do something you love. This helps you to build a better relationship with money; and the better your relationship with money; the easier it will be to attract it. If you want to become a success, the best thing that you could do is to feel good about your work. Look at the most successful people in the world ? they do what they love and love what they do. You can of course make money doing things you don't like to do, but this will limit your success. This is because you are doing something which does not match up with the things you truly want. You have to spend time around people who have achieved financial freedom ? watch how they act and more importantly, how they think about money. You'll never hear them say that they can't afford something. That's because they understand that money is only energy and there is no such thing as not having enough; you just need to attract it to you. If you think positively about money, this positive thinking will bring money to you. The secret is to have a positive attitude about money. If you can build this relationship, money will come to you.
