Unleash Your Creativity With Pole Dancing Lessons

Going to the gym, for most of us, is not a particularly fun experience. No matter how many times and in how many ways the fitness centers try and sell us the idea of a healthy life running away in a gym every day, it just doesn’t seem to capture our attention. Just one hour or two can feel like a lifetime if you’re tramping away on a boring treadmill gawping across at all the thin people who seem to actually be enjoying themselves.

For those of us who prefer to use our imagination a bit more, simply running or cycling in a room like a lab rat is the idea of torture. We want to be doing something more creative, more exciting. But on the other hand we know that we need to exercise, and this will ultimately make us feel better.
What about trying something else? A different sport perhaps? If you find that you don’t have any natural ability to play team sports then you can find this type of activity to be a little embarrassing as you can often let down your partner or team. You also have the problem that playing basketball or swinging a golf club may just not turn you on creatively. Not everyone finds these activities to be interesting; not everyone is a sports fanatic.

So in the search for a more exciting exercise, many women have found their way to pole dancing. In essence it is a very simple exercise requiring only a small amount of equipment, but it is also a fantastic work out for the body. After the first time you try pole dancing you will find your muscles will have worked just as hard as if you had been in the gym lifting weights.

Some of the beauty of pole dancing for exercise is that is not a mundane task – you can really express yourself through dance. Working on a routine hundreds of time till you perfect it, you are making a beautiful dance that not only shows people your creative side but also shows off your body at its best.

Pole dancing also has a lot of fun connotations, and this brings in a certain type of personality who is interested in arts such as burlesque. Pole dancing can become part of your social life and you will meet lots of friends who have similar creative interests to you as they too were enticed to dance by the pole.
