For those of us who prefer to use our imagination a bit more, simply running or cycling in a room like a lab rat is the idea of torture. We want to be doing something more creative, more exciting. Working on a routine hundreds of time till you perfect it, you are making a beautiful dance that not only shows people your creative side but also shows off your body at its best.
