The location has changed, but not the atmosphere. We still have all those little funky Buddhas hanging around everywhere, but this adds great karma to the ambiance. (They're not really watching you!) The quality of the food is still outstanding, and the selection of beer and wine can satisfy the the most eccentric patron.
If you're into dining tonight, The Funky Buddha Lounge offers an excellent choice of starting items ranging from salads to bruscetta. The salads are always made from the freshest produce locally available, as are all ingredients that are used here. We have a large selection of pastas, But if you have a yen for something other, there are also pizzas, or perhaps an oriental chow mein dish. For an entree try a sirloin steak, or maybe some Thai curry. We also have hamburgers and seafood on the menu, there is just not enough room to tell all here!
What is fine dining without the fine drinks? A nice selection of tap beers is available, Heinkekin, Amstel, Peroni, and De Koninck, and many bottled brands. The bottled brands include: San Miguel, Corona, Tiger, Moretti, Bulmers, in apple and pear, and the Chinese lager, Harbin. The wine list is equally impressive, having good selections of whites, reds, roses, champagns, and sparkling wines. There are outstanding bottles of Reynier, Pinot Grigio blush, Brian McGuigan private bin,(Chardonnay and Shiraz), and Mariani satori.
This is not all we have to offer, so to speak. On a Sunday afternoon get a few of your friends that say they have talent and come in for the open mic. All you will need is a guitar and any amount of singing skill. Who knows you may become an instant local attraction, with all kinds of adoring fans! We're kidding...maybe!
If you are looking for a great dining experience, or just a place to unwind for a bit, this is the place for you. No rowdies, great staff, and all the fun a person could want at the end of the day. If the boss just happens to show up, he can be seated (if you want) on the other side of the room. After all, bosses need to unwind from a bad or hard day too.
