Clarify what you want To use self affirmation first be clear about what you want then create a statement about what you. Make your affirmation in in present tense as if you already have your desire. Emotionalise Become clear of the emotions you would feel when you achieve your goal. Imagine the feeling you have upon accomplishing your objective.
