"Rather than giving 10s of millions of dollars to advertising agencies I use those same dollars to reward people that fall in love with what this product can do and let other people know about it". To begin with, Vemma is very easy to get started in and doesn't cost anything. As a Vemma rep or Brand Partner as they call it, you get a free marketing website and they suggest using social media to tell your story. I think this is fine , if you stick to the guide lines of good social network etiquette. Think of these networks as a party and conduct yourself in the same way you would at real party when you meet people for the first time and you'll be alright. They give you a "proven" training system and tools, field leadership and support. Something I read in their Information caught my attention it said "Other peoples experience is the best teacher" and you can learn from their upline support team from your very first day. A powerful and creative way to cash in is on the Twitter and facebook social media craze happening right now. They rightly inform you that you need to understand that these social media tools are not going to make you rich, "but help you to make friends ... and those friends will make you rich!" In regards to this last line my view differs. Spencer Johnson wrote an awesome little book called The One Minute Sales Person here is a section of it that I love. "The Wonderful Paradox, I have more fun and enjoy more financial success when I stop trying to get what I want and start helping people get what they want." If they have a problem and become the solution. This is the key to running any business be it a xerox repair business or a network marketing business or your new Vemma business. While I'm not a health freak, I mostly eat healthy food. I mention this because Vemma is a health food product. Here's my story and it should be able to help you decide whether the Vemma biz op is the right one for you. I'm not going to try to convince you either way because only YOU know what's right for You. When I chose my business opportunity, I wasn't looking for a company with a health product line. I stumbled across this industry and wasn't searching for any particular kind of company. I'm a self employed xerox technician and have run my own business for about 4 years now. I needed a way to maximise my business and pull me away from the process. Online I discovered a seminar on "How To Develop a $1 Million Net Profit Per Year Business" so I booked in. I began my research on the speaker of the seminar here in Australia so I'd no what I'd gotten myself into. I viewed a ton of live footage of him on YouTube , read loads of articles on him, went to his site and secured a copy of his ebook and found an ad on Google that went "See how an ex student of XYZ Guru makes $XYZ per month". Next thing I know there's some other guy from the U.S. showing me his online marketing business and system. This was exactly what I was looking for.I think YES, though who should I partner with? I ended up researching loads of companies only to join the first one I originaly found. This was due to the fact I thought the guy was honest, had the goods, could teach me the ropes and had the best system to market with out of the ones I'd seen. What I did learn over time with relentless study and application is that people buy from people they know , like and trust. I partnered with a person not a company. I'd suggest you sign up with the company you choose because of two main reasons, Number one: Who is this person (your new upline)? and what you can learn from them Number two. The system that they offer to sort, sift and qualify prospects for business. With the right system, by the time they even see your business opportunity, they should actually be qualified to join you. The beauty of this system is that other Vemma reps are now your prospects too. The product should still be something that you like and can be proud to endorse. You might just love the Vemma product line. As far as the direct sales industry is concerned though the products are really just an excuse to build an organization. I'm completely ok with this Idea. Leadership is the key for any organization to work and to be effective. When all is said and done, this is what you are selling, Your Leadership, skillset and abilities.
