Viewsonic Vx2439wm Review. Important - Do Not Buy This Monitor Until You Have Read This.

The VX2439WM is a 24” Wide Full HD monitor from ViewSonic. From the outside, this monitor is very smooth and sleek, with nothing to displease the eye. The black glossy finish gives it a very expensive feel. The stand is the same, and feels completely capable of holding the weight without complaint. You can even wall mount it if you wish.

The Back of the monitor, as with others, is where all the inputs are found. This particular model has not two but three. There is VGA as well as DVI and HDMI, and also the audio input for the integrated stereo speakers with SRS® Premium Sound. On the front, there is the power button sitting nicely in the centre, and the touch controls on the right hand side, arranged towards the bottom and small enough to be noticed but not intrusive.

Setting up is easy with the simple on screen display, and has options for movies, games etc, or you can tweak it to your own satisfaction. The picture is clear and faultless, especially when watching rapid action sequences in films, as the response time is a superb 2ms. It is also awesome for playing games when hooked up with HDMI to a games console. Graphics are crisp and transitions are nice and smooth.
