Most of us will have been involved in the spread of a viral message of some sort. Remember chain-email and office funnies that make their way across oceans and millions of eyes at the click of a mouse. The internet has made it so easy to spread a message widely, effectively and very cheaply - so long as the message is of some appeal to the masses. Very importantly, there is something to be said about engaging and interacting with an audience and potential customers.
