There are a few reasons for this, and it upsets me to see this happen to people, so please do not make the same mistake. (You have Been Warned) Taking Action: Most new recruits take no action, they've bought into this 24hr overnight millionaire at the push of a button concept, and when they realize they actually have to put in work they are to lazy to do so. Which leads to either a whiny rep on your team, or simply no productivity which is even worse. You hear that a system is 80% automated, yes the system is automated, not YOU. The efforts you put in towards your online business in the beginning stages will have to be over generous. Then there are those who expect everything to be done for them, these lazy individuals will get know where unless they shape up quick, and then they'll probably say this is a rubbish system and it does'nt work....(yeh right...more like your a lazy bum looking for quick money....who deserves whats coming to you) Comfort Zones: Again people are going into something totally new, and they don't want to learn, you are going to need many new skills/marketing/telephone skills/becoming computer savvy/seo/ppc/video/social networks/blogging/. All of these things need to come into play, if your not willing you will fail. Balance: I made this mistake when i first got started making money online, i forgot about everyone and everything else and gave all my attention to my business, this is not good. I started losing weight not going to the gym, snapping at everyone who disturbed me while i was working didn't see friends that often, relationships around me were falling apart, all i had on my mind was becoming an entrepreneur and making lots of money. I soon learned how this was effecting my surroundings, its no good building a successful business if you have no friends to enjoy it with after, so i had to take a quick look at myself and find a balance to my days. When i look back, half the time a spent a whole lot of time doing nothing that will directly effect my business, so its important to structure your day so you know what your doing, when your doing it, and how long it will take. The 2 most common human characteristics are fear & laziness, do not become a by-product of either. I'm out now people have a great day.
