Wealthy Affiliate – Didn't Work As They Say It Should

It all started when I got those flashy spam mails in my box talking about working from home, internet marketing and stuff. Naturally, I got curious and I have to admit there was a little more than a reasonable degree of temptation, because god knows I could miss an opportunity to make a quick buck right from home. What followed probably is the same old story a lot of people go through - I went on to register myself on tons of sites all claiming to show me how to make cash out of internet marketing, and you probably know the rest of it as well as I do!

I came across this site called Wealthy Affiliate in my search, and well, to be honest, this was no exception. It is different in a number of different ways, and it looks better than most, I should admit. Still, the output was no different, and I still lost money. More money. The site claims to tell you how to optimize your internet marketing strategies and everything, and I appreciate it. But if you'd ask me, I'd say the proof of the pudding is in the eating. I didn't find the treasure I was looking for in Wealthy Affiliate. Although I didn't make any money out of it, I thought it's worth writing a review about.

The bits of information that they keep throwing up looked pretty bookish to me, too theoretical. And I doubt if they'll ever work. At least they didn't work in my case. Again, the problem with internet marketing web sites like this is that you need to make an investment and you never know if you'll be able to recover your costs, let alone make profits. With the kind of reputation internet marketing promoters have, I don't think it makes sense to buy a membership on Wealthy Affiliate or any of the other sites because you'll be spending money without being sure of recovering it. I know of a friend who's burnt his fingers so bad he blew up $1500 without generating a single dollar in return. Thanks to internet marketing and those who market the concept so aggressively!
