Wedding Day Blues – Expect The Unexpected

When it comes to English weddings, even the best plans can go awry. There are simply so many things that can go wrong that statistically speaking, only 0.04% will go according to planned. The chance is really so slim that it is better to be prepared for an eventuality. The only thing cannot go wrong would be the wedding presents. Most of the time, these will not exactly be affected. At times, it is best to have a plan A, plan B and even plan C.

Something can always go wrong with the wedding mobile. Everyone would probably agree that cars are not exactly that reliable. Your wedding day will be no exception. The vehicle’s tires can suddenly go flat, the engine can overheat or it can run out of fuel. As much as possible, a bride should never be late for her wedding. It helps to have a plan should any of the scenarios mentioned above happen. You should never expect the weather in the UK to be predictable. Every bride would dream of getting married on a lovely sunny day. Still, not all wishes come true and it’s better to be prepared rather than ruin the wedding dress. If you manage to get to the venue without being drenched, you are still not safe. A lot of things can happen during the ceremony. The best man might lose the ring and the bride and groom might forget what they have to say because they just might be too nervous. People in the entourage can slip, fall, faint or cry uncontrollably. Still, all that won’t matter by the time you start opening the wedding gifts. You have to admit that some people can go missing during your wedding. Nevertheless, a wedding will be such a success if the MC, DJ, band or entertainers are missing.

Minor details can also go wrong with the flowers, cake and setup. Even so, those are negligible compared to the other things that can happen. Most of those tasks will also depend on the wedding planner. It is the wedding planner that should take care of all the small details. Guests are probably the luckiest people in weddings. The only problems guests have would be to think of good gift ideas. That is not even a problem if the bride and groom decide to have a gift registry instead. Weddings will always be memorable for the bride and groom. It might not always go as planned. What matters is the vow two people make to spend the rest of their lives with each other.
