There is nothing wrong with wanting to lose some weight. It is difficult to find people who are absolutely and totally fine with the number they see on the scale when they weigh themselves. Substitute new brands that are healthier than the brands you are used to using. It might not be immediately obvious but your body will absolutely react better to food that is better for you.

Join an internet based support group. This is a little different than joining a traditional weight loss program. With an online weight loss support group you don't have to worry as much about calorie intake or weigh ins or paying dues. You simply find support for your weight loss efforts by "meeting" others who are going through what you are going through. There is a lot of support and inspiration to be found through weight loss support groups online. You could also find hints to help your weight loss efforts! There are a bunch of different online weight loss support groups out there. It's easy to spend a little bit of time in each of these groups to figure out which ones are the most interesting.
