Weight Loss: Exercising At HomeIn order to exercise well, one must feel comfortable in his/her surroundings. This is not always true for many gym goers. A lot of people feel very self-conscious when they are around others, especially in a fitness environment. Feeling such discomfort can lead to missed fitness sessions and lack of exercise diversity. A lot of people who feel self conscious at a gym will end up walking on the treadmill for an hour simply because they are afraid of trying other equipment.
