Many of us in MLM have heard the rhetoric from our soon to be MLM sponsor that its "Easy to make money in this", or "I'll give you all the help you need". The truth of the matter is, many are faced with the same question, "What Do I Do If My Sponsor In MLM Sucks?"
When I say this, I mean, you've done tons of research for the perfect opportunity, love the products, compensation plan, etc, and are totally bought into the business, and then come to find out that your sponsor in MLM sucks and upline is extremely un-supportive.
Well, you are actually quite lucky if your sponsor in MLM sucks and this is the case!
Why is that? Simply because the fact is that 95% of all network marketers never make a dime in their business. Odds are that your upline is in the same position and couldn't teach you much about building a real business if they tried.
Would you want to be taught by someone who hasn't achieved any success in their business already?
What your forced to do if your sponsor in MLM sucks or is un-supportive is go out into the world and figure out how to build our business on your own. This builds self-reliance and ingenuity.
You will have to find out what works for you in your network marketing business, and not be led astray by any pre-conceived notions or systems from your upline. It forces you to be self-reliant and an independant thinker.
Most importantly, if your sponsor in MLM sucks, and you do those above things, it removes the excuse that if you fail, its your "uplines" fault, or "their" fault. The blame will fall squarely on your shoulders and that is a good thing!
Once you come to terms that your success in your network marketing business is dependent upon your actions alone, the quicker you will be on the road to success. The truth is, it doesn't matter if your sponsor in MLM sucks, but what matters is what you do to build your business, not what others do.
