What Should I Do If I Want To Gain Muscle?
First, it is highly unlikely that you will gain muscle without adding in some extra fat along with it. Some people can bulk up while losing fat because it is in their genes, but for most of us no pills or magic foods can do the trick. Moreover, a lot of guys look at professional bodybuilders wishing they could be at their level, but they are not aware that it takes years spent in the gym and a lot of chemicals in order to achieve that. Still, that does not mean that getting a nicely built body is impossible. You just have to set realistic goals and stick to them. Furthermore, if you are in your teen years you should know that it is going to be very hard for you to dramatically change your body because it is already going through a lot of transformations. The best thing to do in this case is to wait until you are around 20 years of age and then hit the gym. Until then, do some cardio because it helps your health and fitness tremendously. Gaining muscle means you must have a calorie intake greater than the amount you burn. Those with a high metabolism should not worry because there are a lot of foods which can help, such as cheese, yogurt, peanut butter, meat, olives, corn, avocados, biscuits, bagels and granola. If you are preparing food that allows milk to be added instead of water, do it. Some even go as far as scattering some milk powder into their casseroles. Also, whenever you feel like having a snack, have some shakes, dip or crackers. Finally, you will have to lift a lot of weights. Put on as much weight as you can while still being able to make 6-7 repetitions. The last one should feel like it is draining your every last bit of energy. Increase the number of days between workouts and rest more between each set. But most importantly, use a spotter. There is nothing worse than trying to improve your body and ending up hurting it instead. Article Directory: http://www.articledashboard.com Are you trying to lose weight and gain muscle?
