What Would You Change
Did you wish not to be lonely? Your pattern, right now, creates your loneliness. Shift your thinking away from particular people you want in your life, and away from your self, and start thinking about how you can help others be happier. Call up family, friends, and passing acquaintances you have overlooked. Go out, even when you don't want to, and make new friends. Did you wish to lose weight? What has been coming between you and losing weight? The knowledge of how to be successful at it? Then find people who know. Try one plan a month until you find what works for you. Do you know what you need to do, but fail to follow through? Find a weight loss and exercise buddy. Did you wish to have more money? Then you need to spend less than you earn... not tomorrow or the next day, but today and every day. You must gain control over your spending habits, resist buying on credit, and look for opportunities to earn more. Did you wish to have confidence? Or to be freed from fears? Then you must act with confidence and face your fears. As you can see all of these things have similar solutions. You must give up doing things the way you've been. Often you have to make sacrifices and do things you don't wish to do. And you must be determined enough and stick with your new habits long enough for success to happen.
