Even if you are on a T3 Internet connection, you will not get the information as fast as you are used to. But the lack of speed is a small trade-off for having a proxy site protect your identity when you are surfing the Internet and you need to keep your identity private.

It does not matter what you are looking at on the Internet. If you want to keep your identity private, you must try anonymous web surfing to keep your passwords, and all of the private information that you don't want other people to know about you when you are on the Internet, safe. Using a proxy site when doing anonymous web surfing will protect you greatly.
