The truth is, there is probably no one "best" diet plan for you. Diets that promote a greater weight loss per week are harder to follow and harder to maintain because their restrictions are outside the realm of "normal" eating habits. What you should be looking for is moderate changes in your eating habits that can easily become permanent. You should look for a plan that advocates a nutritionally balanced diet. Our bodies need fats, proteins, carbohydrates in the right balance to maintain good health.
