Often times the heir is motivated to sell their newly inherited home for a quick profit. Check your local courthouse or the obituaries for these properties. In short, pick one of these areas at a time and learn all you can about it. The biggest mistake you can make is lack of focus. Don’t try to learn about and invest in every area all at once.
