"where's My Bailout?"
So how many states have been effected by all this housing mess I would say all 50 states I have friends here in Oregon that have lost 20k to 60k on their home values thats sad and yes if they hold on to it through all this 800 billion dollar bailout maybe they will have a chance to do a loan modification or maybe they havent exceeded that 34% DTI so they can refi into lower rates or get out of that ARM that the greedy loan officer put them in with all the pre-pays. The situation above Countrywide will not charge loan modification fees and will waive prepayment penalties now there's a start. Next is what about all off the American men and women who lost their jobs because of all the shady practices that were going on and not being regulated "Where's their bailout Bush?" So now because of all the bad choices the "TAX PAYERS"are to come to their rescue?Why?If we had a loan at the bank currently and wasnt able to pay our minimum payments they would close the account send us to "Collections" and ruining our credit?Just think about it? Next one is gas prices why did gas just suddenly drop it took years to get to almost $4.00 a gallon here in Oregon and across the nation and now its $1.60 why?Before we were told it was because of the War in Iraq and Oil companies needed to invest in future technologies well we are still in Iraq and at war and the gas price hike helped Chevy,Ford,Chrysler almost go belly up if not file BK this year.Now who wants to buy a gas guzzler and loose that much money in gas plus the payments, insurance,and depreciation.The Senate needs to get off their tooshies and pass a fine line restructuring like Carl Ghosn of Nissan/Renault turned around a almost bankrupt Nissan and look at that company now very profitable.Think of all the job losses and last 100 years of American Heritage if we allow the Big 3 die! Next is Oregon childsupport system as they have a high unemployment rate for a state so small.If a man or woman in a county has any back childsupport they DA will issue a suspension of the drivers license and if that doesnt get a payment out of you then next is contempt of court and you get arrested and Im not saying they shouldnt take care of their responsiblities.Lets say they is a parent who lost their job didnt have any savings and lost the home they lived in and now they cant pay childsupport(domino effect)so as I wrote up top thats the next action of circumstances for this person who is not having the best of luck so they suspend the drivers license ONE QUESTION how to they get a job to get on his or hers feet and take care of his children?
