The main attraction of Las Vegas is the huge array of hotels and casinos, with their bright lights and all-night entertainment. Therefore, when booking your vacation, you may ask … “Which is the best hotel in Las Vegas?”
Of course there is no simple answer to this question, as we all want different things from a hotel. However, by considering a few simple factors, you can quickly narrow down the list of the best Vegas hotels, to identify the best hotel for YOU. Check if you fit into one of the following groups:
Mature Adults, Looking for Luxurious Accommodation
If I knew a mature couple who wanted a luxurious hotel in Vegas, I would recommend the Bellagio Hotel. This hotel has an AAA five diamond award, and so you know you can count on a high standard of accommodation and excellent facilities. Also, the Bellagio tends to have a more mature clientele than many of the other strip hotels and so you are less likely to be bothered by groups of younger people who just want to party to loud music.
The Bellagio also has a prime location, right in the center of Las Vegas Strip, enabling easy access to the main central strip attractions.
Mature Adults, Looking for Economy Accommodation
We all know that AAA five diamond hotels are not going to be the cheapest around, so if I were to suggest a Las Vegas hotel for a mature couple, who needed to keep an eye on their budget, I would be more likely to suggest something a little less expensive. Depending on their other requirements, I might suggest that they try Bill’s Gamblin’ Hall & Saloon. This hotel is often overlooked by many people, as it is not as big or as well-known as many of the other Strip hotels. However, Bill’s Gamblin’ Hall has a decent standard of accommodation, fun entertainment, and reasonable priced drinks! Also, Bill’s Gamblin’ Hall is situated right in the middle of Las Vegas Strip, so that you will have easy access to all the main Strip attractions, and all for a low room rate!
Young Adults, Who Want to Party, But Are on a Budget
At the other end of the scale, Vegas also attracts lots of young twenty-something year-olds, who are going to Vegas to party! For these visitors, one hotel I would recommend is the New York-New York Hotel. This hotel tends to attract a lot of young visitors, as it is packed with fun things to do, including a huge roller coaster and some excellent restaurants and bars (don’t miss the Bar in Times Square or the Coyote Ugly Saloon!). In addition to this, the hotel is in a great location, just opposite the MGM Grand, and close to other fun and ‘young’ hotels, such as the Luxor and the Excalibur.
The above examples illustrate the point that there is no single ‘Best Hotel in Vegas’. All it takes is a bit of research to find the best Vegas hotel for YOU.
