Current changes in the IT world interest you and drive you to think creatively in solving computer system problems.

(3) Able to add value. Many companies want to know how technological developments benefit their business. As IT personnel, you can tap into new resources (software/applications) and utilize them for company growth. For example, nobody will turn down a good internet marketing idea. If you can add value to company, you will stand out among your peers. Besides, are you contented being just “the techie guy” for the rest of your career? You got to plan and execute IT strategies to help the company improve in terms of computer systems performance.
