Have you ever been in a situation where you had to own up to something you've said? We all have right? Maybe in grade school when a certain classmate of yours thought that they were all that and a bag of chips and you said something that would challenge the chips. "You may be all that but I don't know about the chips cause I can do this/that better than you". Or we may at one point criticized how an authority figure conducted themselves knowing within ourselves we can do the job better. It seems that the Universe always allows an opportunity for us to " put our money where our mouth is" so to speak. It's like, when we speaks words out into the atmosphere the universe takes that as our application or a resume' for a particular job. So, inevitably the interview or test succeeds that application to see if you are qualified for the job. Sometimes we are qualified, but sometimes we are left to ask ourselves "why did I open my big mouth?" Ding, Ding, Ding, Ding, that's me right now.
After writing the article about sowing and reaping with faith, I believe God felt that it was time I graduated to another level because the level I was on was becoming too easy. I am experiencing a certain level of success in my business now, however I am not at the point I desire to be. Upon researching different mediums to increase production I stumbled across this guy that really impressed me. He's an expert when it comes to building an online business, thus attaining financial freedom in just five short months. I really believed that he could help to catapult my business to higher heights, but when I found out how much he charged for consultations I said to myself "MAN YOU GOT TO BE CRAZY!". The fee for one hour of consultation was more than what the average person earns in a week. I thought to myself what if I don't see any results with just one consultation and he gives me just enough to make it necessary to set up another appointment. I had all of the "what if nots" dominating my thoughts choking the life out of my faith. While contemplating my decision a friend of mine made this statement "faith without works is dead". Immediately I was reminded of the article I had just submitted and how I was encouraging others to activate their faith. Well, it was time for me to go to another level and I must say it was not easy. I pondered wether or not to go ahead with this consultation for about 3 hours( sweating the whole time). I finally mustered up my mustard seed faith and said to myself "LET'S DO IT!"
My consultation is going to be about an hour from now. The reason I wanted to right this article before I experienced any results from the consultation is because I wanted to share this story with the world in real time. I wanted everyone to see the before and after of faith and how it works. I hope and pray that my story encourages people to begin to believe before they see. When you earnestly believe in anything you when begin to take drastic measures no matter how ridiculous it seems to others. Faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen. It will definitely feel uncomfortable because it goes against everything that's natural to us, but when we learned to ascend to a higher level of living where our realm of reality is not of this world, that's when we will begin to live the life of our destiny.
