Why Going On A Diet Is Not Necessarily The Best Way To Lose Weight
It doesn't really matter what diet you go on whether it's the Atkins diet, the raw food diet or simply a basic low calorie diet. The reality is that you are unlikely to hit your weight loss targets and maintain your new weight simply through your diet alone. Unfortunately most people do not have the willpower to stick to a diet for very long, even if they are happy with their new weight.
