Let’s just imagine you are overstocked with a particular product. You are under a cash-flow crunch. Your creditors are on your back. Because how many times have you seen and heard the word ‘SALE.’ So many times you’ve become immune to it, right? But when you run an honest ad, and provide a genuine ‘reason why’ you are making such an incredible offer… people are more likely to believe what you’re saying, aren’t they? But you don’t just have to use the TELL THE TRUTH example when you’re going broke. You can also use it if you have… - Bought too much stock - A fault in some of your stock (offer a special on damaged goods) - Received stock where a mistake has been made by your supplier (i.e. the tags have been sewn on the wrong way to the bedding) - Whatever – you get my point. Be like Kirsty Alley. Be honest about who you are. If you’re fat… don’t try and hide it. Turn it into an advantage. TURN LEMON INTO LEMONADE Make an offer. Tell people the truth, and give them a genuine ‘reason why’… then enjoy the financial rewards.
