Why John Tyner Deserved A Tsa Pat Down

On November 13, 2010 on a quiet day at the San Diego International Airport a 31 year old man named John Tyner decided to make a scene by refusing to submit to "sexual assault" from TSA personnel after he refused to go through a full body scanner after being singled out for a random search. He recorded the audio of his encounter with TSA and posted it on youtube and wrote about it on his blog and talked about it in newspaper and TV interviews. As you've probably guessed by now John Tyner got a little bit of fame for his outburst but the question remains, was he in the right? And was the TSA in the wrong?

The simple answer is John Tyner was wrong and the TSA was right. Apparently John has never heard of 9/11 and doesn't seem to understand why people are being searched at random now and he got a little bit rude with TSA personnel and repeatedly pointed out that nobody else was being searched in the line that he was in. And in case your wondering again why John Tyner was singled out it's because he refused to walk through a full body scanner. If he would of followed instructions then he could of just gone about his day like any other day. Instead he complained that TSA had no right to search him without probable cause.

What we have here is a classic case of individualism, somebody only caring about themselves. Anybody with an open mind would know that searching people at airports is a good thing for the American country because it's a deterrent against terrorist. John should have just admitted himself to the scanner and thanking the TSA personnel for doing their job.
