Why You Feel Out Of Energy After Eating?

Do you always feel out of energy right after you eat, do you feel slugglish, blah, and like someone has droped a load of weight on your shoulder.

If so, i understand because i use to be there to.

The truth is, it will always be around 3-4 pm (depending on the period you eat your lunch) when you find yourself having trouble in keeping your self awake. You really feel fatigued, worn out and just can not seem to continue with your work?

Do you wonder why?

Well, recently I've read something interesting regarding this - the main reason why we experience that way is mainly because excessive energy is required to break down the food we ate for lunch.

During 3-4 pm, our organs have already worked hard for half a day and also while using excess energy necessary to digest our lunch, our body naturally has to require a rest from it.

I used to consider that this is a natural course of action - we ought to feel lethargic in the afternoon...

But I was so completely wrong..

The simple truth is how you eat our foods, the foods that you simply place into your mouths, are damaging to your body and health.

One example is, do you eat meat and potatoes together? How about milk and cereal, or fish and rice?

Did you know that those combinations are totally dangerous towards your internal system and rob you of energy?

Sounds ridiculous dont it?..

But let me explain how these combinations are destructive and they take considerable amounts of energy from you.

You see different foods are digested differently -

Starchy foods require alkaline digestive medium and proteins foods like meat require and acidic medium for digestion.

And when you mix both together, the medium neutralize each other.

Digestion is impaired or completely arrested.

This is very harmful for your body as more energy is require to digest a similar amount of food.

When i first heard about this, it completely blew my mind away. I didn't realize that the food that I ate was the reason why my energy seems to vanish away every day.

So the question then becomes, well i know at least for me was. What exactlty can you do about it?

The first step I learnt was to consume the proper food and not mixing the wrong food together. For instance, if i am ingesting starchy foods, I might not eat meat in the same meal. Should i be eating meat, I would not necessarily include the starchy foods.

If you are considering whether if this is the correct way, test it and see if you feel any difference in your body. I have tried it myself and this is the diet that not only you still may eat most of the food, but you will really feel a lot more balanced than in the past.
