Peppa and her friends go to playgroup, visit their grand parents and ride their bikes in the play ground, go swimming amongst a whole range of other play activities. One of her favourite things is to jump in large muddy puddles. She can be quite bossy, often taking a lead role in school activities and games together with her friends, and may be considered a bit mean to her little brother George who appears to cry a great deal with rainbow-like arcs of tears. Peppa's favourite toy is her Teddy, while George's is "Mr Dinosaur," and one of his traits is that he can only say "Dine-saw".

A particular episode involves Peppa crashing Mummy's computer, which I am certain that many a mom or dad can relate to! The characters all wear clothes, live in houses, and drive cars, but nonetheless display some characteristics of the animals which they're based. Peppa and her family snort like pigs during conversations plus like to jump in muddy puddles. The other animals also make their respective appropriate noises when they talk, with a few exhibiting other characteristics, like the Rabbit family's fixation with carrots. The Rabbits are also the only exception to the rule of human-like habitation, because they reside in a burrow in a hill, even though it does have windows and is also furnished in the same manner as the other houses.
