Mariners cannot tell of visibility just through weather reports or indications since they're different and not absolutely in sync. Slight rains can bring about zero visibility just as sometimes heavy rains still show clear views. Tides, today tomorrow, are even determinable as they are pre-programmed in the charts. A very appealing feature of the tool is how it holds information about marinas and ports. By touching a specific marina on the screen, a mariner is able to determine what that marina has that he may be concerned about such as fuel, ice, food, restrooms, a pay phone, and how he will be able to pay for it. This is especially convenient for seamen, and those who are leisurely roaming parts around the world.
