Will The Government Really Be Able To Level Out The Cost Of Health Care?

Like it or not, it seems that the U.S. government is changing health care for the whole country and everyone is in arms over new proposals and amendments that will come to us before long. One of the main sticking points is that all the government's plan includes some positive changes such as the maximum benefit lifeless and limits that can be accepted for coverage does not effect any change Another aspect of the health care system.

The cost of health care is out of control and add new people to an already over charging, high cost, is really no solution at all. Just think about it. The government is not proposing to adjust prices or insurance companies to reduce rates, essentially all we propose is to add more people and include them in the current system.

The main problem with this way of thinking is that essentially while there will be more people covered by this plan they will be the sicker individuals because they will either be the ones who have been denied health insurance because they are already very ill or because they have not been able to afford health insurance up until now. Either way this is going to create further increases in the health care system and in the long run is going to wind up costing everyone more.

While this may seem like a good and fair plan it is really doing little to address the serious issues in the system itself and since the government will only be paying a small portion of the increase the American public will wind up picking up the tab for the rest. And while we all believe that every American should have a right to receive health care as needed without some serious overhauls in the system itself this plan is not likely to accomplish much but to further raise the cost of health care for the majority of people.

Like it or not the plan will be implemented, but someone should let the government know that the current system of health care and high costs of medical care needed to treat. Continuing with the same fault system, while adding others to it will not have a good result for everyone. Change must start at the ground floor up if we want to see the improvements they keep promising.
