Your husband might of with the words he said as he was walking out the door. The strong sense of loneliness. Thinking to yourself, how will I ever survive this alone? Tell me why has your husband left? 10 year ago, I can tell you why my husband left. I knew the moment he walked out the door. You need to come to truths with yourself and pin point the reason why he left. My husband left me because he was happy with the can of generic pork and beans he was providing for our family. I wasn't. I wanted the real deal. No generics for me. What a pusher I turned out to be. He couldn't take my constant pushing. In order to help you get your husband back you must be truthful about why he left.

Once you know the reason why he left, you can start work on these issues within yourself. Start thinking of situations where you could of handled yourself better. Are you a pusher. Do you spend money he doesn't know about? Where you having an affair? no matter what has happened, you can get your husband back.

For the time being, you need to leave your husband alone. Give him time to miss you and think about what has just happened. If by some chance you should run into him, keep it simple.
