Womens Body Building Strategies

I wanted to take the time to talk about womens body building strategies. There is a lot to learn in this sport and the most important things to do is take advantage of all that your biology has to offer. It's hard enough to build muscle, let alone, being a female with very little testosterone to spare. There is also the social aspects of it since it is taboo for a woman to be bodybuilding in this sport. There is a lot to learn and there is a lot to apply on a daily basis. If you're determined enough, I suggest you follow the advice I have to share because it will help you out a lot.

The gym is a big part of the process. There is a huge variety of things you can try and that can be a problem in itself. I like variety, but that's because I know what needs to be done and I get it done. When you're starting out, having too much choice can really slow you down. It's very simple to do. Compound exercises are the most important because they work huge portions of the body with each rep. You should do these first and if you have any energy left over, you can do isolated workouts.


As for your diet, you need to start eating smaller meals more often. This will give your body the nutrients it needs at any given time to repair muscle tissue. Your results will greatly improve if you implement this type of eating.
