By trying to copy other people's job, you can downgrade your content website, and by that get poor reviews/traffic.

People need to know what you think, for knowing what others think, they can go some place else.

Webmastering is a job, its not a simple task to do on weekends, and for that, all you have to do is act smart, save the time and effort if you are not going to spend at least 2 hours a day planning, writing and innovating.

There are 4 things to remember in order to become successful online :

1. Always play on your turf, find what you know best and teach others.
2. Always give your knowledge for free, the money comes from different resources.
3. Be fresh, don't copy others.
4. Learn your way online, never say "Oh, I already knew that", read 'till you bleed.

Follow these rules and I promise you you will start to earn your respect, and by that, you even can make some money out of it.

Every year, on our yearly review, I hear the same problems from the same people, and when I ask "Did you read about it?" or "What do you know about this issue?" I get a sleepy response like "Oh, I know everything that I need on that subject, it's just refuses to catch".

Well, it is not the subject, it is not the design, it is the person behind.

So, to make a long story short :
