Writing A Special Greeting Card Message That’s Truly Special

When you opt to send someone a greeting card, you look forward to that person appreciating what you have written in your greeting card printing. Not only because it’s a special greeting, but more importantly, because you have made an effort to write a custom message that would fit that particular person. It should not be vague. Rather, it should be straightforward and precise. Don’t put too many words in your message. As the recipient of a greeting card, would you appreciate a message that you have to get a translator to decipher what it means? Same goes with the person you’re sending it to. They should not struggle to find out what you mean when they read your message in your custom greeting cards.

Be personal. Most of all, be personal when writing your message in your greeting cards. Don’t try to be corporate or come off as too stiff and business-like. The reason greeting cards are cherished because people know that the sender took the time to write a personal and heartwarming message. And for some who don’t have the time, a generic one but with a handwritten signature can also get a favorable response from the recipient.
