First of all, Mr. Donald W. Campbell is a very important person in his homeland, Canada.  Donald W. Campbell, at the present time, sits on the board of directors of Rutter, Inc., a well-known global engineering solutions and technologies company that is active in 70 countries around the world.  From his prestigious education in political science, economics, and international studies, plus two honorary doctorate degrees that he has been honored with in recent years, Donald W.
