Britney Christina Feud: Both Singers Thrive on Controversy and Attention

Have you been keeping up with the Britney Christina feud?  Well, the feud between Christina Aguilera and Britney Spears, as rumored around the Internet, has supposedly come to an end with Christina Aguilera ending the feud by calling a truce with a gift basket after she secretly married Jordan Bratman in November of 2005.  The two singers became rivals when Aguilera became more than friendly with Spear's ex.  Spears and Aguilera have been close friends since they both were stars on the Mickey Mouse Club as children.

Aguilera, on January 11, 2007, announced that she is now coming out with her own special brand of perfume, called Xtina, her own signature scent, by teaming up with Proctor and Gamble.  Aguilera also sent her kickbox instructor on a Hawiian holiday for Christmas to attend and compete in a kickboxing competition.  Married to Jordan Bratman in 2005, Christina is still as happy today as she was on the day of the wedding, maybe more.

Spears was recently turned down to perform at the Superbowl this year, being called a trainwreck.  The controversy arose over Spears refusing to wear underwear in public.  Spears has been trying to make a comeback in the competitive business since she had her baby in 2005.
