Women’s Health Tip - Eat Healthy and Exercise!
Your activities strongly influence your health, and that's the reason your doctor will insist on you eating healthy and exercising regularly. It's not easy to keep this up all the time because our lives leave us with little or no time for ourselves. Sometimes, we have to eat on the go (fast food) and give up physical exercise to do other more pressing matters. This is what causes major health issues to show up later on and when they do, you will be forced to stop and pay attention to them.
