Award Winning Design With A Fagor Oven

One of the most innovative features found in Fagor ovens is the Gourmet European Convection System. It features a third heating element which surrounds a two-speed fan located at the back of the oven. The fan circulates pre-heated air around the oven cavity, creating faster cooking by distributing heat more evenly.

The "Celeris" Preheat Booster helps you attain a 400ºF oven in less than 5 minutes, while the Gliding Telescopic Racks fully extend, providing access to the entire rack. Multiple cooking programs offer the widest range of cooking functions available.

Design is another great feature. The 5HA-200, for example has a side opening. Choose from either a left hinge model (5HA-200LX) or a right hinge one (5HA-200RX). These side openings provide better access to the interior of the oven, making it harder to burn yourself as you reach inside. This design is also very helpful for physically challenged people who might find it more difficult to reach beyond a pull-down oven door. Put one of each side-by-side, now you have a double oven. In fact, this hinged oven design was a winner of a Merit Award in Interior Design Magazine.
