The True Power Is Within
Our lives can appear to always be so tangled up. Often entangled with many other lives through our associations in life. And from the results of our actions in life – at home, at work, with our job or occupation. And also in our leisurely pursuits, in our play. We can lose ourselves in all these pursuits. Lose that innate feeling of self that is required to perform at our best. Life becomes a little foggy. Life becomes clouded. We realize that life is not all it seems. And perhaps it can be more. We realize we must do our best. We sometimes find that we must win, we dare not lose. Or at least that is how it seems. And that puts added pressure upon us. In this stressful situation our intuitive qualities that unleash our true power remain closed to us. In much of life we are dependent upon our own resources. We can seek help and assistance but the final decision is ours. Whether we accept help is down to us. How much help is down to us. But this is not all that we have at our disposal. We have our talents fueled by our own motivation. Our confidence in our own strengths lends us much support in our ventures. Our discipline and behavior come from our positive demeanor and the way we feel about ourselves. We look after ourselves and this is evident in our healthy self esteem and self image. All in all a lot our lives are determined by our own attitudes and how we handle the precious commodity we call life on a day to day basis. Yet how strong this makes us there can still be something missing. Something that if not drawn upon will place a ceiling on our life, our experience and our potential. Something we should never forget. Never leave untapped. Never leave alone. Yet how can we really leave it alone - for what is it? It is us. Our inner self. Our inner strength. That which pulses through us each and every day. That which is a source of energy and source of inspiration enabling us to accomplish and experience so much. Our task? Our task indeed. Our task is to recognize it. Realize it. Draw strength and wisdom from it. Help let it direct us in life. That spark of us within. Let us take full advantage of that spark. That which glows within. At times it can seem dim and faraway. Just beyond our reach. Yet it is there biding its time. Waiting on us. Waiting for us to recognize, accept and experience it. Live from it. Without it we do not allow ourselves to flower, to flourish. Mislay that spark and our efforts, however great and good can feel hollow. Lose that spark within us? How can we it is there. But we must give it due recognition. That spark which is us is there for us. And throughout our lives. Our real task is to water it, cherish it, allow it to support us in our ventures. Without it we become a shadow of our true selves. But all is not lost. Our spark of life, that true power within, is on one of life’s greatest gifts. Experience that. Use it to realize your full potential. Fulfill your life. Live from that and see how our life can blossom as we move forward to claim our rightful place in life. Copyright© 2008.
