Kerem Bursinthe leading actor of Eda and Serkan, the television hit of 2023 on the screen of Channel 9 Television confessed in an interview to a Spanish medium that, “I really enjoy cooking for Hande”, referring to his cast and life partner, at least at the time of the note, Hande Erçelthe actress who played Eda Yildiz in the Turkish fiction Sen Çal Kapimi.

The confession of the blond actor who was born in Istanbul but lived in Scotland, Dubai, the United States and Malaysia before returning to his country of origin, took place when he visited Spain, more specifically Gran Canaria in 2021. There he talked to a medium and between laughs explained that “I couldn’t believe the amount of fans and everything that Love is in the air has generated outside of Turkey”.
“I’m known in Turkey, but I didn’t imagine all this commotion here in Spain”, he explained to the journalist that he was waiting to interview him.

How Serkan came to be
“It was my manager who liked the story and insisted that I read the script just before the pandemic – says the actor. I’m a fan of romantic comedies and I liked it, especially because my character doesn’t it’s nothing alike and when I finished recording it was as if I had taken off a mask”, the artist explained to the interviewer from the Iberian Peninsula.

In addition to being an actor and model, Kerem Bursin has created an audiovisual content production company in Turkey, Braveborn. “I want to be able to carry out more risky stories and convey messages – he says. And I would like to involve women more not only in front of but behind the camera”. He is a great supporter of the gender equalityclaims that he even suggested some changes to the Flames at My Door script, which he believed were sexist.
Another cause of which he is a firm defender is that of the sustainability: “It’s something as simple as recycling or paying attention to what we buy. On shoots I get angry when I see that there is only one bin for everything, or when single-use plastic bottles are used”. And he adds: “Celebrities have a certain responsibility and it would be good to donate part of our income to reforestation, for example. I tell my fans that I don’t want gifts and that this money should be dedicated to charitable causes or the environment.”

During the visit to Canaria, Kerem Bursin he tasted a typical sauce from the island that stole his taste buds. There, relaxed and laughing, he confessed that he “enjoys cooking, especially Hande”.
“I don’t follow recipes but I try mixtures with new ingredients”, he adds without the interviewer having to ask again. He totally agrees with the saying that a man or a woman is conquered by the stomach. He assures that he succeeds with “rice with chili, spaghetti with seafood and salmon in the Korean style”, dishes that he claims, between laughs, to have cooked for Hande Erçel.
And he doesn’t even realize he mentioned it makes a guilty face and adds that he doesn’t talk about it because “my representatives won’t let me”he comments with a laugh to close.
