Can Yaman is attacked | Al Bawaba

ALBAWABA – Famous Turkish actor Can Yaman was attacked by social media trolls for one of his posts on Instagram.

Yaman shared an awareness message on his Instagram account in the Italian language to share the tragedy of the earthquake with his foreign followers.

But Yaman’s followers were upset with his post, for some reason.

One commented: “Why do you write in Italian, and not in Turkish?” Yaman replied: “It is for foreigners, and not for us Turks.”

Another user wrote: “Are you sharing posts about the earthquake four days after it happened?” The actor answered what he meant: “It’s none of your business.”

This comes after the actor donated 250,000 Turkish lira, rounding up to around $13,000 to those in need amid the deadly earthquake that claimed more than 33,000 lives.
