(Reuters) -Elon Musk on Saturday tweeted that Twitter Inc (NYSE:)’s lawful team accused him of violating a nondisclosure agreement by revealing that the sample sizing for the social media platform’s checks on automatic people was 100.
“Twitter legal just termed to complain that I violated their NDA by revealing the bot check out sample size is 100!” tweeted Musk, main government of electric powered auto maker Tesla (NASDAQ:) Inc.
Musk on Friday tweeted that his $44-billion money deal to acquire the organization private was “briefly on hold” while he awaited data on the proportion of its faux accounts.
He stated his workforce would examination “a random sample of 100 followers” on Twitter to identify the bots. His response to a concern prompted Twitter’s accusation.
